For-Fun Thread: Rework Whatever
Greatsword skills gain reduced recharge.
Successful Gravedigger grant a stacking ferocity boon on useReaper’s Ferocity (40s): 100 Ferocity
Maximum Stacks: 5
Recharge Reduced: 20%
Attack faster and increase power and ferocity of nearby allies by 225 points while in a reaper’s shroud. Killing a foe while in a shroud reduces recharge on all shroud skills.
Reaper’s Onslaught (9s): Increases power and ferocity of nearby allies by 225 points.
Interval: 3s

Reaper Spec Line:
Minor adept
Shroud Knight – No change – Death shroud is replaced with reaper’s shroud, which has more melee-oriented skills.
Major Adept
Augury Of Death – No Change – Reduces recharge of shouts. Your shouts siphon health and gain additional recharge reduction for each foe they hit. – Reason – Works well for Shout builds.
Chilling Nove – No Change – Critical hits against chilled foes causes an explosion that chills adjacent foes. Reason – Good for Condi and AOE, if you arent running shouts in PvE is a good option.
Relentless Persuit – Slight Change – Reduces duration of movement-impairing conditions. Additionally Convert Chill to Swiftness upon entering Shroud (ICD) – Reasoning: Master of Chill theme and to make it a little more reactionary, could also see it being chill and cripple. Also frees up a bit of a regular necro trait to change.
Minor Master
Shivers of Doom – Complete Change -When you apply Chill you also apply Vulnerbility (3), additionally gain increased Vulnerability duration on chilled foes – Fear isnt really commonly used enough to make this trait suer valuable as it is, I see what they were going but found it lackluster.
Major Master
Soul Eater – Complete Change – Steal Vitality on Greatsword Hits, Stacks up to 5 times. Vitality stolen per stack 30. Stacks Last 15 Seconds. – Reason this trait has to fight against DD and so nees to have a niche, Stealing Vit buffs the reaper and weakens the foe, giving some sudo DPS but also a nice survivability increase.
Chilling Victory – No change – Striking a chilled foe grants might and life force. Useful for certain builds especially Condi so potentially still woth being here, no completely sure though.
Decimate Defences – No Change – Striking a foe with vulnerability increases your critical hit chance. Reason – its great why change it.
Minor Grandmaster
Cold Shoulder – Slight Change – Deal 7% more damage to Chilled foes, Take 7% Less damage from chilled foes. Reason – Reaper, especially power Reaper needs a 7% Buff and this is part of it,
Major Grandmaster
Blighters Boon – No Change – Gain life force when you apply a boon to yourself. If you are in reaper’s shroud, gain health instead. Reason – Decent trait, good for a more tanky build.
Deathly Chill – Slight Change – Applying Chill aplies bleed, applies 2 stacks not 3 but for 25% longer, just to smooth out the bleeds and reduce the spin to win chill spike in favour of more consistant decent damage.
Reapers Mark – Completely New – Strikinga foe applies Reapers Mark, increasing all damage dealt to this target by 5%. Additionally When the Reaper Hits this target they gain a stack of Reapers Onslaught granting 60 Ferocity. Max 5 stacks. Reason – Gives the other part of a % boost, gives minor team support through damage and works to be the Power Dps Grandmaster.
Just to show some usefull support to anet.
Lich form change to Lich aura.
Lich aura : for 8 seconds, imbue your attacks and up to five allies attacks with dark power, dealing 15% more damage.
CD : 120 seconds (90 second traited)
Rending shroud : While in shroud weakened nearby foes’s defense.
Rending shroud (9s) : Reduce toughness by 225 points
interval : 1 seconds
Radius : 600
Parasitic contagion replaced by corruptor’s zeal.
Corruptor’s zeal : each time you inflict yourself a condition by corrupting or drawing conditions, gain life and grant expertise to allies around you.
Corruptor’s zeal (5s) : gain 180 expertise

heal : 150 (0.08)
Vampiric ritual: wells are centered on you, move alongside with you and drain life with each pulse. Wells recharge faster.
Vampiric presence replaced by blood aura
Blood aura : while in combat you and your allies build a thick aura of blood with each attack, protecting you from incoming damage.
Barrier gain on it : 33
Blood aura (9s) : gain barrier on hit

Might be enough for the support part. Let talk about defense now since we lost so much from the shroud and the loss of plague form.
Putrid defense : Take less damage from poisoned foes. If you are poisoned, poison foes that hit you.

Vital persistence : shroud skill recharge faster, when you leave the shroud gain a barrier.
recharge 20%
barrier 25% of max shroud. (roughly 3k with 0 vitality added)
Let’s look at the focus :
Reaper’s touch : Send out scythe that strike your foe and reduce their defense. Benefit from amo system. 4 charges.

vulnerability (2) 10 seconds duration

CD between charge 1 second.
Flesh golem : Now know how to swim.
Life transfert : reduced CD to 30 seconds (that’s the bare minimum)
Park path : improve projectile speed by 33%.
Life blast : reduced damage to 274. Cast time 1/2. Reduced after cast. slightly improved projectile speed.
Scepter – Putrid Curse: 1) Transfers 2 conditions to the target or 2) converts 2 boons to conditions. Or 3) Rending Curse: transfers 1 condition.
Master of Corruption: Corruption skills no longer inflict any conditions on you.
When traited:
Consume Conditions: Increases cool down from 30s to maybe 35s (?) but is now an instant cast; cannot be interrupted.
Blood is Power: Bleed 5 targets and copy 1 boon from each
Corrosive Poison Cloud: Reduced cool down
Corrupt Boon: Reduced cool down or increase to 4/5 boons corrupted.
Epidemic: Reduced cool down
Plaguelands: Becomes targetable.
Staff – Marks changed from landmine effect to something like Meteor Shower. Increased radius from 240 to 360.
Death Shroud
Life Blast/Plague Blast: Splash instead of piercing (similar to chilling nova)
Doom: Same as Wave of Fear
Life Transfer: Transfer nearby conditions to targeted
Gathering Plague: Transfer conditions to self and gain life force (improved by Unholy Martyr)
Minions – Disengage/ignore pet control button
All minions know how to swim or underwater elite minion
Signets still provide passive effects in shroud. No grandmaster trait needed.

Spite already has a trait like this, minus the vulnerability duration. Also. I like the siphoning vitality idea on the greatsword.
