Anyone know how to obtain this item? http://imgur.com/a/VdvA4#78 without the effects or glow? It is not the AC daggers

I am pretty sure the only dagger using that skin is the AC daggers, the glow effects only show at night while during the day they look exactly like they show in you picture.

the pictures after the forge daggers are the AC daggers. I heard from somone they obtained something similar in a tournament box thing. But not much details were given.

well you can see it from the PvP locker so there must be a PvP version
