Decided to improve the build that Wooden Potatoes posted recently (or gimmick, whichever you prefer).

Note: I know my framerate is crap, and the build editor says 60% condi duration, but its actually 100% in game, i guess some bonuses are not applying properly.

Made it 1:43 before I realized I was actually being subliminally? tortured.

Thats why I put the build information in the first part once I watched the recording.
