Guild Wars 2

I know this is a minor trait, but isn’t 8-10s warranted? 5 seconds is barely enough to make a difference.

I run 20% boon food that also gives swiftness on kills.

It’s enough for shroud burst and just shroud flashing. Necro/Reaper really do already get alot of free crit chance.
