So i have been playing other professions and i am wondering whats the deal with all the skills on melee automaticly turnface your opponent and leap regardless of where your own character is positioned.

So how does this whole autoposition autotarget auto attack promote any skilled plays?
Why would i even bother turnfacing my opponent when i can just press a skill and automaticly end up on top of him?

My thief has a wonderful time in wvw just pressing 2-3 buttons. automaticly ending up in the position i want to be..
My warrior same thing, no Los just leap..
My mesmer only has one skill that actually needs “some” thinking to execute.. when using a sword.
My ex -ranger, same thing with melee..
Guardian, same..
Elementalist.. same with melee..

On necro.. no leap, no turnface, only thing that remotely comes close to all the automaticly positioning going on is dark path.

So my question is whats up with that and where is the positioning in combat comes in here??

Apparently Necros were overpowered before I bought the sequel to my favorite game ever. Now we are expected to bend over and spread cheeks.

not really, only daggers would truly benifit from this one since necro’s (except daggers) don’t want to be in the enemy’s face but a bit further away.
