Good News, Everyone! (terror)
I didn’t realize there was any confusion on this one? Anytime the “fear” debuff shows on the target, terror will tick. I think it has been that way since always.
You read that in Professor Farnsworth’s voice, didn’t you?
Nope. I have not the slightest idea who that is. Never heard or read that name before.
And yeah, like Rennoko said… I also thought this was always the case. Actually, I think I remember reading that a couple of times in different threads in the last uhm… 1-2 months.
Professor Farnsworth compilation.

I admit, I did.
and I laughed. :-)
good info
o_O Was this ever in question?
Terror does damage but I really miss Fear being an interrupt before Defiant.

I had forgotten all about those days when we were really well thought of in PVE for our ability to interrupt some bosses.
I wonder if INTERRUPT worked before that patch on players?

Fear never interrupted, it simply forced players and npcs to run away from you. The moment “interrupts” entered the daily, I tried to use fear. It did never interrupt. Which is in my opinion, just ridiculous. If you fear someone out of a heal, it is an interrupt. You stop healing, heal goes on a small cd, and you run away. How exactly does that differ from being smacked around, or flying through the air, or being dazed? I consider fear as an interrupt. It stops you in your tracks, and you do something else. That, in my world, is an interruption to my battle flow.
No, I actually read it in this voice :P
Fear was effectively an interrupt before “interrupt.” I could force a dungeon boss to face away from me (and the group.) Spectral Grasp used to yank the boss’ feet out from under him. That was nice, too. Between a Necromancer and a couple of Warriors all forcing the boss to flee into a corner, we could seriously control the fight. Therefore, Defiant was needed but they gave bosses too much of it so I rarely see Warriors run it anymore, relying instead on their own mobility skills.
