I heard theres a good build using dhuumfire and chill or whatever but haven’t really found any definitive builds yet for pvp, which one seems to work the best so far?

I have a similar build in wvw and it works fairly well.

Interetsing build but it build doesn’t use dhuumfire because it doesn’t use soul reaping

Would you prefer Spite/Signets (more standard) or Curse shouts? I created anCurse Shouting build that super fun and highly effective. Currently one of my favorite builds, it runs Mercenary, chill damage and Dhuumfire.

Here, I threw it together. It uses Mercenary though instead of Carrior (its not available in the builder atm), but really, both work.

It’s not as common yet as Signets, but I have hope for it that it will eventually be used more. Just needs a few more buffs/changes to Suffer and Rise and maybe a little less reason to go into Spite and I think it could end up a primary build. Feel free to try it. I use a build exactly like this except in place of plague signet I have "you all are weaklings@ I also use runes of grenth and for sigils I use energy and Geomancy on both weaponsets I believe. Even though energy is now nerfed to where idk why I still have it on the weaps XD
I also prefer the curses line over spite. Chill on blind, enfeeble, and more boon corrup just feels better to me than the other. Also debating on trying out parasitic contagion now that Condi damage from boon corrupts feels so ramped up

I wouldn’t run without plague signet. It’s like a must have in mid-high, high skilled gaming but not required for 1v1’s
