What does the tooltip of “blast radius 300” mean? it shows when u take greater marks trait..

It should show it regardless. Radius is the radius of mark itself. Blast radius is the aoe or dage radius. So for instance two enemies are approaching you. Say you throw mark on a warrior and he triggers it by walking into it. Even if the other guy wasnt inside the mark to trigger it, if he was close enough to sides of the maRk (60 distance) he would eat the skill too.

240 is trigger radius, when it’s triggered anyone in 300 radius will be affected

This is from the July 1, 2014 patch:

Chillblains:

• Increased the blast radius to 240 to match other staff mark skills.
• Fixed an issue in which the blast radius skill fact would not be displayed when traited with Greater Marks.
• Increased the particle effect size to better match the skill’s radius.

I’m not sure if there really was a tooltip for blast radius without Greater Marks before then, but hitting targets outside the actual mark radius was always possible. So this patch made things a little clearer in that regard, in addition to the poison field of Chillblains getting a buff.
