Guild Wars 2

I was just in WvW and noticed a necro wearing armor that had really cool green fire effects coming off of it and a skull like design on the chest. Does anyone know what this is? It’s not flame legion.

could be that outfit with the fire thingy that you can dye

It was from last halloween, gaurd something outfit, u cant get it atm

Unfortunately, its an outfit. I was thinking it would be cool with the grenth helm.
