I was certain spiteful vigor worked with both summons of blood fiend but now it only works on the active heal. Was it always like this? I remember running a build in the past that utilized the fact you can get “on heal” effects twice with blood fiend and this trait was included in it,but now it only works once. Kind of a letdown actually. I tested blood fiend with some runes right now and , thank goodness, knock on wood it still works with rune effects but it doesn’t work on spiteful vigor
