Help! Need a new PvE Conditionmancer build!

So I built and have been using a Conditionmancer for some time now (I only play PvE). He uses Scepter/Dagger and staff with Rabid stats. I chose Rabid because it was explained to me that Precision and Power do little to nothing to assist condition damage except in the case of Bleeding, so I went with survivability instead.

But after the release of HoT, I’m beginning to wonder if he’s optimal anymore…or if he ever was at all. With the Reaper option now open and the Viper’s stats, etc., I’m thinking there are better ideas out there and I can’t seem to find any Conditionmancer resources post-HoT. On top of that, my Toughness is so high that I actually compete with my Tank for the attentions of the first raid boss, which is embarrassing :/

So does anyone have a good idea for a Conditionmancer build post-HoT? Please be aware, it’s a Conditionmancer I want, not a hybrid or fear or Berzerker, etc. I still want condition damage to be (one of) my main stats. I have fully Ascended gear now, so changing stats will be tough and I want to be sure.

I’m using rabid and conditions as well. I took MoC but only with epidemic. The other 3 slots on the right, I’m using bone minions, the 2 dog ones and the elite minion. I did this for the flesh of the master, corrupters fervor and the trait that minions transfer conditions to their target.

I find it’s decent after they changed the fact that minions only get 95% of damage when not targeted directly.

So it’s Curses, Blood Magic and Death Magic

I have Scepter and Dagger in separate sets, and then just swap as often as I can for the geomancy sigil proc, and I always transfer my Blood Is Power self-condis with Dagger 4.

I take CPC instead of Epidemic in fights where there are no trash mobs to kill.

Golem is nice for breakbar, but if breakbar duty is not needed Lich is a nice option just for summoning the minions that have bleed on their auto attacks.

The build constructor is not completely accurate in the stat calculation, I get 100% bleed/chill duration with this build, and 80% on the others.

or, you could become your team’s tank and second condi dealer.
