Guild Wars 2

Hey forum, I usually play as my Engineer or Warrior. I also have an 80 Necro and I want to give them some love. Currently I’m running a rabid set 30/20/0/0/20 mostly in wvw, when the new tiers hit my server bombed in wvw and most of the good guilds migrated to T1 servers.

I really enjoy PvE and I have a bunch of zerker ascended gear I ant to use but I’m not sure how to best build a power Necro for dungeons and such.

I was thinking of running 30/25/0/0/15 but I would sacrifice cool down on wells. Any thoughts?

30/25/0/0/15 is the best you can do for dungeon groups despite necro generally being not so great in dungeons.

30/10/0/0/30 is an open world build, it lacks crit chance and you do terrible sustained dps.

berserker with scepter? Why?

Nothing wrong with beserker scepter for range. Its not much worse than staff and axe. But im pretty sure hes using a condi build.

standard axe build. works extremely well. i personally use spectral walk for the last utility but use w/e you want.

with 0 block/evade/invul +no vigor skills being dagger-necro is quite dangerous in pve. Axe is more safe, axe apply vulnerability, you have +10% DS1 damage with axe in hands.

The only time dagger necro is more dangerous than other classes is against lupi. But then you just take energy sigils and maybe endurance food.
