Is this a solid build (for whatever part of the game) or am I missing something obvious?

why would you consider that build “crazy”?
the equipment and most of the traits/skills are a pretty generic full-condition-spec.

i would maybe drop spite to 0 and spend the 10 pts elsewhere. and swap out spectral mastery for path of midnight. other than that, it’s fine, imo.

It’s okay…

Why would you take S. Walk in a PVE build? Blood is Power is much better, especially for just before you epidemic. Fear is nice and all but not really viable against most bosses so it would only help you on trash (which isn’t usually an issue anyways).

Also it’s a condi heavy build for PVE. It might work if you have no other condi prof in your group but if you get one other you are going to be capping your damage hard. Some sort of hybrid between condi and power is really ideal for PVE.
