I’ve come back to the game tonight after a few months break and it seems that a lot of the traits have changed and my build is no more.

From what i remember of my build i was running a Powermancer heavily specced into Spite and Soul Reaping and revolved around stacking vuln and might to do the most damage possible. Unyielding Blast was my goto attack for this but i’ve noticed it no longer stacks might?! Since i’ve forgotten what the old traits i had were i’m finding it increasingly frustrating to figure out a build with this new layout and re-learning every single trait at the same time. Also i have no idea what Training is, but apparently i have 361 Hero Points to spend.

Can somebody give me the new standard power build please so i have a jumping off point?

Training: most of your skill points were refunded. Just go to the skill tab and relearn all of your skills.

The armor should be pretty simple, just either use full Berserker with Pack or Strength runes, or stat balance with Valk/Cavs. If PvP, use either Berserker or Marauder amulet for highest DPS, or Soldier for best Effective Power to Effective Health. You can also swap around Unyielding Blast for Soul Marks if you want, but I know your post says your original build ran Unyielding Blast. You’ll notice that Life Blast granting might is now an adept minor trait in spite, it didn’t disappear like you think it did.

Wish for Reaper to come sooner and maybe your power necro can close the gap to Condi… it wont catch up but you will get closer.

Has Blood Magic become any more viable?

Also i trained up all my skills using the hero points, but i still have 205 left? What do i do with them?

EDIT: I also can’t see any indication on the traits page that Spite increases power +300 etc. Do the traits still have this effect?

Hero points can be used for elite specializations.

Traits no longer have those stat effects. Now all stats are within armor/jewelry/weapons.

Blood Magic is not only more viable, it’s probably the most fun line. The things you can pull off with a flesh wurm + transfusion are pretty great.

Power Necro ‘closing the gap to condi’? Lol. Power is still light years ahead of condi.
