- good starting setup for conditions with minion meat wall (they are to stupid right now to be usable for anything else/to build all out minion master)
Fight vs a champion mob: Summon your minions, send golem charing, drop CPC, use Deathly Swarm (and normal attack to transfer your weakness to the enemy) and Grasping Dead, Bone Fiend immobil, ONE putrid explosion when you see the bone minion on low hp, when you see CPC to wear off use Enfeebling blood and Grasping Dead again, swap to staff, use Chillblains and Putrid mark in that order under the enemy to cause more weakness, drop reaper infront of you, use MoB and swap to Death Shroud, till around 60% life force, Doom the enemy, go out of DS, swap to scepter after dumping a MoB again, resummon dead minions~

How are you getting good LF generation from the Scepter? It has the worst LF generator of all of the Necro weapons. Unless you’re getting a lot of crits with it to proc Reaper’s Precision I don’t see how that’s possible.
I think the scepter benefits much more from condition damage, but it does ok with power. I’m not a fan of crit builds so I typically go power, vitality, condition damage (Carrion set) for my stats.
Also, where are you getting quickness from? Are you running with a Mesmer or Guardian who uses their elite on you or are you using the sigil?
@Mackster
the LF regen isnt bad on the scepter if you can stack tons of debuffs on your opposition… remember you get 2% per condition… if you had 4 conditions on a guy and hit #3 you instantly get 8% which is good… on a boss fight where there are tons of conditions… well you get the idea
