This sound like a noob but I never realized DP has an AoE effect. I just tested it out and DP only apply Chilled to the AoE and only the hitting target take the damage and Bleeding and Chilled. This seems strange to me. Does it always work this way. Will it convert boon to condi in AoE or just the target?
Reading the description, only the chill should be aoe.

I tested it many times and only chill is AoE.Bleeding,damage and boon convert is single target.
