I asked this on the mesmer forum might as well ask here too!
I had two, but I deleted my asura to make a human guardian and absolutely regret it

had 1 for 2 years, but i made another 2 and its suuuper convinient for buildswaping.

Also bit of skin/race changes to keep it fresh

I’ve only been playing since April, and I only have three characters overall, but 98.53% of my time is spent with my Necromancer. Despite perception of the class, I absolutely love her.

Technically two but one of them is a beta character. I see no reason to cheat on my Necro with another, outside of testing purposes.

Only 1 and that’s enough for me.

Only need one Necromancer.

I’ve got four, my main plus one each of the humanoid races.

Just the one main that I love so dearly, almost to the point of forgetting that I have other characters.

This sums it up perfectly. I only have one and it’s the first character I leveled to 80, plus the only character I have map completion on. He is quite the glorious, well traveled Sylvari

That’s funny – mine is also a male Sylvari, the first I got to 80, and the closest by far to map completion (~80% on him, vs. ~30% on anyone else).

1 Berserker, strength, Pve ( main ) (world completion)
1 Sinister Aristocracy, PvE (world completion )
1 PvT Melandru, WvW, (eventual frontline reaper)
1 Dire condie Terror, WvW ,
1 underleveled PvP main, (still has starter gear and the like)

2 – Human and Sylvari

1. Lord Abaddon, in the flesh.

I had only one for years (actually since headstart August 25, 2012). This week I created another one: Male Asura Necro. Be cause I had so much fun playing a male asura necro in BWE1 HOT.

4. 1 main (human) and 3 alts (human, charr, asura). Probably going to kick out my second human and get sylvari and norn to complete the set… All necros, naturally.

Main human necro is a MM.

2 currently. One I have buffed with 6ish days of WXP for running WvW with my guild, the other is a PvE (reaper) or will be when it is released.
