Today I tested an spvp build using carrion amulet and 0/30/10/0/30 traits. It worked pretty well, but I started wishing I had toughness.

I could switch to sigils of earth and rabid amulet, but I’m wondering if 99% crit chance in death shroud is too much when there’s no power behind it. I was thinking the sigils would let me keep bleed pressure up even when in deathshroud thanks to the new trait.

Or would I be better off sticking with my carrion amulet and geomancy sigils and just dealing with the lack of toughness?

what runes do you use?

you could at least change the jewel and the runes if you want some power (if rabid) or toughness(if carrion).
something like carrion amulet + toughness jewel + runes of undead

I still don’t think there is enough there to make a hybrid damage dealer truly viable in tPvP.

If you are going 0/30/10/0/30 right now, then I’d say go full Terror, lose 10pts in Reaping and put them into either Spite (for enough duration to +100% fears) or Death (For Reaper’s Protection which is stupid good on a Terrormancer).

You can actually make that trait allocation work for Carrion, Rabid or Shaman. It is kind of a season-to taste thing.

If you really want to use the new Reaping GM trait, then go power.
