We’ve seen the changes coming to Conditions. They’re wonderful.
I saw, however, concerns about Conditions still underperforming because “by the time you stack them, mob is gone”.
So here comes by not-so-original idea for Active effect of one of Signets or new Corruption utility.

I have to admit that even though that MMO isn’t perfect, they got couple things right about DoTs.
Essentialy a Utility which would copy/pull off the conditions from the targeted enemy and store them/absorb for a while. Something like reversed Plague Signet.
They could either be just copied to the Necromancer who would get Resistance OR not appear on the Necromancer at all and freeze the durations.
Then within certain amount of time (similar in cooldown mechanic to Spectral Walk) you could launch them back at whichever foe you desire.
Such thing would help us not only in PvE, but also in PvP, using this when foe is about to cleanse condition and then sending all back.
