Is this spec kitten?
Also the elite would change based on need, either lich form or plague.
imo, in dungeon you don’t need group targetting for wells. The rooms are usually small and I assume you’ll be in 600 range anyway for your axe which is a just few steps from the mobs. So I might take out 10 from curse and put it elsewhere.
For armor I would get a mix of knight and berserker.
So if I removed the 10 for ground targeted wells, would I put them into spite for the close to death trait?
Is the talisman trait finally fixed? I’ve dumped that one the second Axe mastery was moved to master trait tier.
I have something like this on Nythy, for axe/focus/staff necro, changing gear and utility skills depending on situations – full wells+plague for groups; and bip, stun breakers + lich form for bosses, with zerker/knight gear to switch. Don’t have the perfect ascended gear so it hits up to 13,5k so far.

It is not kitten at all. =p I think it’ll work fine and you are well balanced for like, everything— not just dungeons.
Try swapping Ritual of Protection for Close to Death and see how it affects your survivability.
Edit: Holy crap I never knew Spiteful Tailsman was adept, lol.
for there you have been and there you will long to return.

Between what was stated here and some other things I was reading through I’m wondering would this be better?
I lose the well cool down, but as for changing out utilities per need that shouldn’t kill me.
I lose the life siphon, but looks like it doesn’t do so much from what I can see anyway.
