Judge Me
A spreadsheet from gw2skills.net is always welcome, but from the looks of it it looks pretty good to me. I would switch out transfusion for siphoning +20% and piercing blast for +25% movement speed in ds if fighting ranged or -15% cd on ds skills if melee.

First time using this. I’m not sure about sigils to use so I left that empty.
Hmm.. i am wondering why you wouldn’t take exploding minions or leeching minions or condiclear minions just to gain stability.
I guess its just a prefered style of play.

This build does have leeching minions. It also has the advantage of not getting ping ponged for extended periods of time and not being completely dependent on minions for survival. But, I agree, this build isn’t my playstyle. I found my overall survivability went down because the playstyle was very different from what I was used to. I have a hard time playing around a rotation of skills rather than reacting to my opponents actions. I wanted some feedback about this build to improve my ability of using it or building it better (or just switching back to a regular minion build).
If you are not sustained by minions maybe use them as a spike, equip plague/explo minions, chill on blind.
I also play around with well/minion.. at times it can be great, but i think that once you go minion you will need GM traits for minions and are quickly locked into the 2 proven builds.
I personally found blind to help alot if you want to play mm without GM traits.

you dont need unyielding blast in pvp. vital persistence is worlds better for dps uptime. if you want a minion build you need either necromantic corruption or death nova. sigils of energy help.

I think it’s a matter f preference. I use unyielding blast very effectively in pvp and wvw.
Going 30 into Soul Reaping and not getting Deathly Perception is rough, only because I really like that trait.
I run a build like this

Same basic idea but just a few personal tweaks, instead of foot in the grave i run Well of Power lass stability but I gain a stun break and condition cleanse. Also i like going 20 into spite for training of the master but 20 into blood for added sustain could work as well. For PvP Consume Conditions is just so key i cant seem to take it off my bar.
The idea here is to have pets for constant damage and pop into DS for spike damage, you will be hanging around 70% crit in DS with Deathly Perception and your crit damage is around 90% with good gear and you have some solid power your Life Blast will hit like a truck, Its common for LB to hit for 5k+ on light targets + pet damage its a cool build.
also D/W + A/F is a good combo I personally don’t miss Staff
long story short your on to something here with DS + Pets, you don’t need to use my build but that should give you an idea of some of the tweaks you could make.

The idea isn’t to sit in ds but rather use it to have stability as much as possible. You only sit in ds when all your minions are on cd.
