PvE needs a buff so you can’t play warrior and aggressively roll your face over the keyboard repeatedly and still win every single fight.

Trust me, any group that says “no X class” isn’t a group worth joining, you can wait the few minutes to find someone else, you’ll be better off.

It’s easy to say that oh “you are better off avoiding those players anyway”, and I am not arguing against that…

But the fact is this kind of discrimination does happen fairly often, and it sucks.

Sadly I haven’t really seen any evidence that A-Net cares about PvE balance, they usually just make changes for PvP. Necro has been at the bottom of the barrel for a long time(PvE wise).

Also, I realize that any class can do the PvE in this game, but I still would like to feel like I am bringing something to a team, and to not be thought of as a burden by most of the dungeon running community.

You should probably make the names unreadable and re-upload it. Otherwise, you might get an infraction and the topic closed/deleted/whatever.

That being said; I wouldn’t even want to join that party if you’d pay me 200 gold for doing so.

Conditions haven’t been fixed since release… of course they don’t care about PvE balance.

We need huge+huge buff for pve… We are currently one of the unwanted classes.
Arenanet has to give us a great advantage for pve to make necro useful in other players’ minds. Small buffs won’t change anything to be a preferable class over a warrior, they have to change their players’ minds first with a great ability buff for necro/ranger/thief. Currently pve is like “play zerk warrior or bye bye…”. Your screenshot is a summary of class balance of the game, developers must look at this ss and think.

I saw a comment in a similar discussion about rangers. It went something like this:
“Your class is an idiot filter. It helps you avoid people who know nothing about build variations or the importance of skill and class knowledge.” While it may not be the whole truth I still think it’s a nice perspective.

And then ANet rises the bleeding stacks to infinite in PvE and everyone is happy … Yes that’d fix many things. Especially fo r necro. And maybe they would increase the scaling by let the scaling scale with Char lv o.O iykwim

Yes, even without condition cap it’s still nowhere near a berserker warrior.

squishy kitten zerkers don’t know what well of blood + transfusion + deathly perception can do for them

Just let them

-stand around for 20min picking party
-do the run in 20min, rushing/exploiting all the beautiful content
- add 20min since 5 idiots together means 1-2 always screw up

all while u calmly do the dungen in 1h, enjoy it, support your alies with wells, and even recieve thanks for it.

Make it harder, and not all about just one-shot mechanics. It becomes less about hitting the dummy hard when the dummy hits back.

Don’t even bother joining those. Everyone has preference. They can choose their teammate so can you. Just wait another minute to join another group or just start your own.

Sadly, ive seen this more and more, especially in higher FOTMs (34+).

Its not necessarily that necro needs to be buffed (althought I wouldnt mind a dagger MH buff) it’s that warrior dmg in PVE is so high, its absurd.

Go to obsidian sanctum, challenge every warrior of the enemy server to a duel in the new arena thingy & destroy em allllll ! Just to feel better
