Let's improve Master of Corruption
This trait is beyond redemption as long as it sits next to Path of Corruption and Terror while at the same time boasting the infamous reason that Consume Conditions and Plague got curbstomped.

Personally I think if instead of hurting us more it actually gave us some Resistance it would go a long way to alleviating this problem and making it seem like it’s actually improving the skill group. You know, like what these traits do on classes that aren’t Necromancer.
But I still think Consume Conditions should be typeless.

Master of Corruption: Corruption skills recharge 33% faster, apply an extra condition to you, and apply resistance to you for 4 seconds.

Now that is a really good idea for the trait. It still has some counter play as if you get boon ripped after using a corruption you suffer but competes great with terror.
I would also like to see plague get something like a “2 stacks of bleeding for 10-20 sec” instead of a pulse since that would allow you to transfer it with Plague sending or get it removed by an ally. Right now it has no useful play with it unlike every other corruption it just sits there hurting you.
I really wish it were something like OP’s option B or C. I like the trait, and think it’ll be fun to play with, but the update does nothing whatsoever to help condition necros generate life force, which has always been their biggest weakness.
it doesn’t matter how much it is improved as long as it competes with Path of Corruption and Terror with a functionality like that and no improvement to corruption skills to make slotting a whole bar of them WORTH it.

Cooldown traits are boring.
I thought Anet was removing cooldown traits.
In this instance Master of Corruption is quite literally a tax on using corruptions. The post trait cooldowns are basically what we have now (except for plague), and all of the corruptions were nerfed to make this the case.
The trait does nothing interesting.
And most of the corruptions are objectively bad skills.
Somebody at anet still thinks that conditioning ourselfs is some sort of buff (only if we had shoutbow level access to condition transfer)
Since curse lost it’s +30% condition duration, how about having MoC increase general condition duration – both applied to others and to yourself? Gives a clear reason why condimancers would want it, and I think it’d fit the trait because it would still keep the riskiness of using corruptions due to the fact that if we haven’t been managing our cleanses/transfers right then we’ll be stuck with a condition for even longer?
I’ll be taking MoC just for Consume Conditions & Plague form, never mind the utilities (probably wells). Just a necessary part of being a necro now. The other heals suck so bad.

Should in addition to making the corruptions apply extra conditions, give extra effects.
BiP. Increased might duration and fury.
CPC-destroy projectiles
Epidemic-enemies hit by the first cast create smaller epidemics that hit 2 additional enemies. (Lol)
Consume Conditions-first should be reverted to not be a corruption in the first place, since it is though, each condition eaten becomes a boon.
Corrupt Boon-Corrupts all boons, lingering debuff to where if boons are applied, they get turned into conditions.
Plague-not sure….longer duration and more health/toughness?
Just an idea…
For now I’m going to add the idea by radioAspen that was rewritten by Rising Dusk to the OP. If there are any other nominations followed by enough agreements they’ll ge up there too.

This but not as long of a bae duration.
