Dulfy.net says the “Tactical” set can be bought in Fireheart Rise. Either way, I got the lead now,

It seems like you may be overlooking the starter masques. I (and many others) personally think that they look great on the charr, particularly the skull and demon masques. Unless you have your heart set on a helm they may be your best options.

I agree. I am particularly fond of the demon masque myself. It’s a shame there aren’t more “face-paint”-like options throughout the game. I guess the question is that other than the bone hood and the 3 starter masques, what other badkitten options are there?

My 80 Norn Necro is gear transitioning at the moment while testing a new spec, so I thought I’d try something different.
