Will Necromancers ever catch a break?

No.

Its been 3 years that we have been bullied and beaten to the ground. Other professions can do anything Necromancer can do but better. People don’t want us in a party. anything apart from Necro is favourable when creating a party.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Great sword skills are lame and does nothing to help.

I made the mistake of making necro my main form launch and waiting for Anet to fix this class. I could have changed to something else but I kept having faith in Anet.

Its pretty much clear that they don’t give a kitten about necros. They don’t play necros and they don’t understand the profession.

Over the years people gotten used to necros being a lame profession. When ever we perform at the same level as other profession, we get nerfed. They can’t stand necros not being the underdog because that’s what they have gotten used to.

Even if the Great Sword skills are good. People will complain about necros doing well and the GS will get nerfed.

All necromancers have is a large health pool thats fun for other’s professions to take down. We are like some mini-boss in a hack-and-slash game on easy mode.

As soon as revenant comes out, I am making that my main and kitten my necro. I wasted years on it.

Mesmers and thieves were complaining of port changes but ended up thanking them. Plz wait for HoT and it’s patches before giving up on necro then make your choice, you may take a break if it’s too stressful now.

I cannot disagree that necro is bound to some kind of heavy player aggro mechanic but fails at tanking.

I’ve got one word for you : No.
