I didn’t think about it when I was playing during the demo, but : Has someone tryed to use Lich Form while playing a scourge ? Are the F1-F5 skills still available and working in Lich Form ?

Didn’t try it but Im 100% sure they are not usable while in Lich.

Litch is still a full transform. No function keys were available when I tried.

Yes you can use F1-F5! I purposely tried this in the demo and was happily surprised.

I first didn’t understand the whole Lich Form rework but now I get it, it’s quite nice for scourge.
