Life Force is no longer affected by vitality, as shown in the following screenshots.

As you can see, in one I am using Sentinel amulet which has vitality, and in the other I am using Knight amulet, which does not. In both screenshots my Life Force cap is identical, with no changes besides the amulet.
Vitality used to affect your total Life Force, but it seems that either a bug has occurred or this functionality has been removed.
EDIT: Seems like the issue has been fixed.

Yup, just pop into shroud to force it to update.

For me it adjusts immediately when I switch amulets.

I tried entering shroud before. Seems like it’s fixed though. I dunno.

Might depend on where you are? In the pvp lobby a couple of days ago, it wasn’t updating immediately.
