Life Steal Standardization
It means you can’t kill invulnerable targets (like Mat with bubble, Jade Maw, etc.) with lifesteal procs.

Assassin’s Annihilation
Focused Siphoning
Thief
Leeching Venoms
Runes
Rune of Vampirism
Rune of Scavenging
Sigils
Sigil of Blood
Sigil of Leeching
Consumables
All consumables that randomly steal life
Rune of Vampirism: Life stealing now scales properly with power.
Fixed improper life-stealing damage values for consumables, increasing damage by 10.
