i have not tested this out yet so im just going to ask , when traited to heal other people , if you were about to go out of ds and then you hit life transfer , would this then heal you because you are out of ds ?

If you come out of DS whilst channelling Life Transfer (Traited to heal or not) it will heal you.

Yes.

When traited you get both the heal from the Life Transfer itself as well as the healing from the trait Transfusion

They fixed it a while back. But you can still do it if you make sure you run out of lifeforce just as you start channeling life transfer.

It only works if you wait until LF runs out. If you channel and then exit DS it breaks the channel. Since you have no desire to stay in LF until it runs out this makes using Transfusion to heal yourself worthless.
