Lingering Curse = Group Condition Duration?
I think it’s a good change. Necromancers were always billed as the “master of conditions” yet they were always eclipsed by engineers and rangers.
We need more useful auras for a group.
Vampiric Presence in turn could turn into an aura that says “Your group does 5% additional damage and that damage is converted to health”.
Death Magic could increase boon effectiveness on the group by 10% (as in, not buffing duration since that’s for heralds but actually increase the effect of each boon by 10%).

Interesting. I can’t recall off the top of my head a group condition duration buff from any profession. Nice suggestion and something to think about. +1

Is that meant as apermanent things? Because we have plenty of builds that will be unkillable with that sort of healing in pve

Actually most bosses in PvE purge conditions at some point in the fights. But I agree that i’d rather have 30% duration rather than harder to remove conditions.
This is very similar to the previewed text that we misread and got all excited about.
The concern still remains: adding bonus duration from LC will result in unintended consequences, such as random fears and chills getting nerfed.
In any case, LC and scepter need serious looking at. The weapon became garbage tier in the condition rework.

That would make for good support in sinister groups. Others have more damage on conditions while the necro can extend and spread them.
Side note:
I know raids arent out yet, but a cool idea to make transfers more desired, would be that the boss had really high condition damage. And transfers use the original condition damage when thrown back. So a 2.000 ticking 10s poison every 10s could be used a small dps boost.
