Lingering Curse does not increase bleed duration
Scepter bleed is duration capped at 13 seconds.

Just tested it and you are right thanks for clearing that one up.
Correct me if im wrong but I think ppl have tested and found that condition duration increase caps at 100% and that the 33% stack on top of the cap. So a 5sec scepter 1 skill + 5sec (100% dur) + 3sec (33% rounded down) sounds about right =)
Unless they’ve fixed it, that trait gives Sceptre bleeds a 45% increase not a 33%, and only for the auto.

The above is right. I tested this myself. Conditions do indeed max out at 100% increased duration. I invested quite a bit in bleed runes before I found out about this and realized that going up above 100% was a waste.
However the 33% on the sceptor skill does stack over the 100%, which brings it to whatever someone else above said, which is about 13ish seconds.
