Does Reaper’s Touch regenerate my minions health ?
If not , which off hand weapon will fit MM build ?
In theory it does, but the scythe never bounces to minions (though it has been said it was supposed to). Focus is still one of your better off-hands for a MM, due to the large vulnerability stacking and boon stripping (get rid of that retaliation/protection/regeneration)
It doesn’t work on minions right now. Last I tried it anyway.
It should because it says it works on allies, which minions clearly are, but it never affects them. At one time it would hit the flesh golem, but I just now checked it and it doesn’t anymore. Hopefully they fix this soon because it would be nice to run my axe/focus setup for a minion build I had in mind, but right now with minion AI in the state it’s in and bugs like reaper’s touch, there’s no point in even trying.

Use staff for MM bild. I know the damage of the staff is very limited but it’s the best way to keep your minions from dyying.
Giving regen to minions,, transfers conditions of the minions to enemies. Poison combo field with Putrid Mark blast finisher gives a long weakness debuff to enemies. Heals from well of blood, and traits for healing with syphoon and leaving death shroud. all help to keep your minions alive.

Yup. Warhorn doesn’t do much unless you’re meleeing (and blocking some of your minions off) and Dagger is better for condition builds as it does nothing for your minions.
Focus stacks a lot of vulnerability; playing just with Staff for doing dps it’s an awesome fail.

Just don’t swap bone minions. Only thing funnier than watching someone AoE your minions with retaliation is watching them AoE your minions with Chaos Armor.
I dunno. I only use staff really. But i pretty much only use minions when i do stuff completly solo. I also opt out one minion slot for Blood is Power. I also jump in and out of Death Shroud on every CD for more heals.

Reaper’s Touch doesn’t work on minions. As for offhand weapon for minions, don’t overlook dagger. Dagger #4 blinds 3 targets and that itself mitigates some damage for your minions. And Dagger #5 applies 10 base seconds weakness to 5 targets and that mitigates a lot of damage on your minions.
