I’m not going to make this complicated, but can we do something, anything, about the jagged horror problem. By problem I speak of course about how they are useless for anything but a small boost to life force pool. The degen on them kills them very fast. In all my time of playing I’ve only seen one, one time, get to launch an attack before dieing. And trying to go to a new mob is laughable. Not only that their damage and health is incredibly low, even with full minion traits. I’ve heard the death nova argument, but even then they almost never survive to get in the right position, and a mandatory trait boost shouldn’t be reliant on other traits to be even slightly useful, especially when said trait is so early in the line. My only guess is whoever came up with this idea was high on crack…

They’ve already been buffed, which means they used to be worse, but yeah, they are pretty useless.

Just remove them from the minor trait leading up to larger marks and let them die quietly…

The buff to jagged horrors was akin to the buff to Engineers’ turrets. A pretty number in a piece of paper, but utterly worthless.

Maybe if the cooldown was reduced to 15 seconds or something, or maybe if the jagged horrors didn’t lose health over time. As is, they’re utterly worthless, not even usable as cannon fodder. Or better yet, remove the trait entirely. In fact, fix the entire Death Magic trait line so that the minor traits benefit ALL Necromancers, not just minion masters.

what they need to do is take the jagged horror minor trait out and replace it with either the major trait that increases the radius of wells and marks or something new, because so many times in dungeons the summoned jagged horror has pulled mobs we dont want for me, and to be fair if your going into the death magic tree you should be taking the greater marks major trait.

Remove the trait. Put in something useful in its place. In the death tree something like Dark Armor would fit that minor well. Maybe a new trait for 5s of vigor when leaving shroud, or 3s of Aegis if you think Dark Armor is too good for a minor. I don’t think having access to one of these 2 boons for a short duaration would be a bad thing for Necro balance.

Make Reanimator a major trait and buff the horrors so that they do something.
