The small ones could be from that lich form that’s now on cooldown. So you can have that right now, so I’m not sure what this is about…

Minion Master is a slightly viable build. I’ve been playing it since launch and have made a hybrid CM/MM build that gets by. You need to play it correctly, though, your pets aren’t there to absorb your damage. In PvE, you’re supposed to tank it while your pets try to recover what health you lose. In PvP, it’s extremely useful as most people don’t aim for pets, therefore, many CC skills won’t render you useless (your pets can still hit them if youre being CCed essentially).

Like gamefreak said, yes the Lich Form can. One of its Marks summons 5 Jagged Horrors when activated. And in that screenshot, Lich Form is on recent cooldown.

Also, the Jagged Horrors do okay-ish damage, they apply bleeds using their innate 800 Condition Damage stat (so 82 damage per tick).

And you can keep them alive as long as you want with high enough Healing Power and Marks of Blood.
