Guild Wars 2

When interrupted marks going on full cooldown is completely absurd.

The only skills which should ever work like this are ones which give a secondary effect (like guardian shelter) so that they cant interrupt themselves and keep getting the block.

To do this to staff is completely at odds with the rest of the game and really makes no sense. It just makes the game seem unprofessional.
