Guild Wars 2

I played Gw2 when it came out for like a month. I just got a new computer and want to start playing again with a new character. I chose to make a human necromancer, I am at the point of having to choose a mask. I’m not sure if I should pick the demon masque or the or the wraith one. My hair and clothes are all red and the demon masque looks pretty cool. However, I’ve always been a fan of eyes like the ones that you get when wearing the wraith mask, 1 downside: the color is blue.

I know that you can recolor stuff ingame, so is it possible to recolor these masks? If not, can I get a different mask later on in the game that looks like the wraith one, but in a different color? And is this regardless of your choice?

You can’t recolor them, and you can’t get different colors later. You’re basically stuck with the one you got unless you transmute them later (removes the soul bound).

Always just white, it places 2 circles between the eye model and the actual head and adds a overlay texture between eyes and tattos/effects.

His has a blue tint, mine has a green tint.

Just check the GW2.dat file…

Big heads up. You can make those masks from soulbound into account bound. So you don’t need to make a new char to get another one… replace it or what ever else.
Make a new necro.
Finish tutorial.
Find an armor trader.
Buy a white level 10 cloth helmet.
Use basic trasmutation stone to change look of level 10 white cloth hat to mask.
That makes it a level 10 account bound mask.
