Overkill if you ask me. Just making them instant cast would be insanely good for epidemic, and would make CPC actually useable (though still not great). CB is almost instant as-is.
Also last longer would only apply to CPC, the others don’t have durations.
Just make successful casting of CB not based on RNG and I will be happy.
I really wish someone could explain why the average casting time for Necros is 3/4, it’s way too long.
