The thing that bothers me about the necro is the minion, everything but the idea annoys me. Today i will be talking about our freaking tiny a** suicide rat that runs around making us look like idiots that can only summon rodents. Second, why are there only 2??? I have never seen 2 rats kill a human, noneless undead ones kill giant golems. Even thought they explode why are there only 2. In video games like dishonored, a butload of rats are summoned to devour a human. I would just want them to not explode but have 20 of them slowly killing their opponents. Now dont tell me that this is overpowered because they cant explode, they only do like 50 damage points, have 20 health points, and their pathing still sucks!

OR, we could keep a perfectly fine system and not ruin it because you don’t like an aesthetic choice they made. Also, 20 minions = 400 toughness from a 15 point trait.

Minions look pretty good right now, they are fairly disgusting and revolting, like things created from on-hand pieces of dead flesh would be, but in a somewhat charming way. I actually prefer the way minions look in this game compared to GW1.

At first I hated the bone minions too, but they’re intimidating in their own right due to the massive burst damage they hold.

Hmm elementalists have a cheap trait which gives a situational 400 toughness, why can’t we? (400 tough increase while channeling)

Except this would be a single skill that would grant 400 toughness permanently (until you killed each and every minion), which would be a bit much, considering how tanky MMs can already be.

Um…I may be wrong, but don’t we have the same 400 toughness when channeling trait? I think it’s in Death Magic tier 1

20 rats of 20 hp each would actually be great at taking up AoE damage. AoE target is limited to 5. Having 20 rats around would be the perfect counter to that.
