Minions HP buff???
WvW & PvE share same rules. It’s just sPvP where they didn’t.
So they are buffed?
Can anyone confirm?
Cause they always placed both PvE and WvW in their decriptions of changes.
And WvW is actually just a PvP mode so clarity is more than desired.
I haven’t made it to WvW yet to test.
They have always said, they don’t want to split WvW & PvE. That it’s already big enough workload keeping different rules for PvE/WvW & sPvP. (Oh and they don’t want us to have to learn to use ability differently in different game modes.)
But, sadly it wouldn’t surprise me if the exception to the rules was nurfing necro’s.
(Too hard to code max %life per sec minions can take, so they don’t die in world boss’s, or dungeons, but not too hard to add it to Spect skills so we can’t build life force too fast when getting AoE’ed/Hit by war/thief.)
WVW sometimes get SPVP-like changes. I think WVW confusion now match SPVP confusion (half damage compared to PVE confusion) while initially it was similar to PVE confusion (never mind that ANet seems to love throwing a confusion spamming mobs at us every other LS episode).
I believe the changes to minion’s HP only effects them in Pve sadly not WvW or anywhere else.
We need a clarification, dammit devs respond to the thread or something :/

After running MM for a week pre-patch, I can tell you right now that minion master roaming before was just dumb. People had no idea what to do against me. and I was able to just walk out of situations that really shouldn’t have been survivable. With more durable minions that deal more damage (though heal you less), I see this as being even more effective.
