Without using dagger, can you build a ‘monk’ necro? As in regen based?

If I remember correctly Nemesis.8593 has a tanky regen build on his Youtube channel. I don’t think it’s up-to-date anymore but the general idea should still work. Here is the link to his Youtube channel:

You can have perma regen, WoB, and then some healing traits if you really want to. I haven’t tried it much but it is possible to have a ton of healing.

I like the Power+Healing+Toughness play style but needs to be Ranged for the most part…Axe is ok but its more of a DS weapon or 2,3,4,5 then back to staff.
