Looking into making a Necro, and appearance is very important, because style-points FTW, so, I am looking for a race that the armor/weapons look good on them and the gear isn’t shrunk down like it is on an Asuran, lol.

Norn or sylvari imo. As for racials Norn racials are can be pretty useful can think of one instance in the asura fractal the heat room as a norn reaper with bear form can make it without the cooling rod I believe.

Humans I guess? Can’t go wrong with them. Or Norn if you go for more of a death knight style (and want to tolerate some kittenty textures and abominable running).

I also like very much how shouts are voiced on female human, so there’s that. Only thing worth noting – humans do invoke Grenth a lot when summoning minions. Can break some immersion I guess.

Either female human or female Asura, depending on your preference for armors. I love the voice acting from the female Asura and their minion summoning sayings are amusing. However, the female Humans some gorgeous armors and look good in most everything. It’s hard to ‘dress up’ an Asura sometimes.

You can solo the heat room as a necro without the norn form and 0 rods.
