This guy on the forums seems to think thats an “Unblockable marks spec with epidemic and boon destroyer.”

I don’t know what kind of build that it is. Can someone explain it to me or perhaps offer an alternative?

Trait for Greater Marks, Staff Mastery, and Master of Corruption to get that kind of build. Along with Epidemic, Corrupt Boon is probably what is implied. You can also pick Corrosive Poison Cloud or Blood is Power from the Corruption utilities.

Wells are also popular condition bombs but you will want Ritual Mastery for cool down reduction.

Necromancers probably has the best semi-long range AoE capabilities I’d say. A lot of those resources are from condis, but power necros are a close second. Axe is great for tagging, considering #3 hits for 4-5k when you’re fully geared. Although you’re not condi, you should also be running epidemic because other people will stack condis for you which is especially good for AoE champion farming (such as invasions). Wells certainly help too, but our biggest boon is Life Transfer from DS. Unless you get it interrupted, it will tag almost everything.

Depends on situation.

For PvE Zerg, like invasions. I personally love 30/10/0/0/30.
