Utility:
Wells – all on 45 second Recharge
Well of Power – 1804 damage
Epidemic and Corrupt Boon – unblockable, 1200 range, can be cast while back turned towards target as long as not out of LoS, 25 second recharge~
Spectral Grasp – projectile turned to forced port to within 300 range infront of caster via chill claws
Spectral Armor – 60 second recharge, 9 second duration on both protection and effect, 12 if traited
Spectral Wall->Spectral Veil, dome around user, projectile destruction, protection on exiting dome and vuln to enemies that enter it, instant pbaoe
Signet of Spite:
passive bonus; 70 power, 70 condition damage and 10% condition duration
active – apply 5 stacks of bleeding, 1 stack of confusion, 1 stack of vulnearability, poison, weakness, cripple and blind for 8 seconds on target enemy and enemies within a 180 radius around him.
Signet of the Locust:
Plain 1400 siphon form 1 enemy, instant
Plague Signet:
passive bonus; pull 3 conditions from each nearby ally once pre 3 seconds (each ally has own timer)
active – absorb conditions on yourself to gain 3 seconds of regeneration for each unique condition, healing for 1174 (0.125 ratio) one of them was fear
Bone Minions – Summons 3 Bone Minions that spawn a Jhorror on death/ Putrid explosion uses ground targeting
Bone Fiend – Summons a Bone fiend that cripples on every 4th attack/ Rigor Mortis – Order your bone fiend to a suicidal Charge crippling all enemies in targeted area for 10 seconds and immobilizing anyone for 3 seconds who steps in his remains (240 cripple, 130 remains)
Shadow Fiend – Haunt – Enrage your shade turning it into a Aatxes that charges a zone (plain 3/4 daze for enemy hit) for 3 seconds before exploding and blinding in target area
Blood FIend – Taste of Death 1.45 healing power ratio if Blood fiend is offered under 50% of his hp
Golem – Charge -> Charge of the Underworld – Command your flesh golem to knock down, weaken and poison enemies in a line giving the owner 10 seconds of stability, but returning his will to the underworld (suicide+blast finisher at end of charge).
Plague – Each plague counts as a combo field for projectiles; Dark, Poison and Smoke respectively.
Lich
Marked for Death/Mark of Death – 10 vulnearability and weakness for 10 seconds, 10 second Recharge 3/4 cast time
Mark of Horror – slot 3, 25 second recharge affected by minions and mark cdr, 1 second cast time
Chiling Wind – slot 4, Instant
Grim Specter – PBAOE, 1/4 cast time
Traits:
Spite
Parasitic Bond: Gain Health when a enemy or ally die within 1500 range, 10 second cooldown.
Death into Life: Gain 5% of Power as Vitality
Siphoned Power: Gain Might for 5 seconds each time a condition is applied to you under 50% health.
Signet Mastery: Signets Recharge 20% faster and activating signets gives 4 stacks of Might for 10 seconds.
Spiteful Marks: Marks do 10% more damage and cannot be Blocked
Axe Training – Moved to Master (replacing Signet Power)
“New” Major Grandmaster – Strength of Undeath: You and nearby Allies gain 40 additional power for every 10% life force missing (effect buff like guardians strength in numbers).
Curses
Barbed Precision: Critical Hits cause 3 seconds of bleeding (duration isnt increased by condi duration)
Furious Demise(minior master) and Terror Swapping(major master VI) places
Master of Terror replacing Spectral Attunement in curses.
Banshee’s Veil – Warhorn Recharges 20% faster and last longer.
Lingering Curses – Increased Base condition duration by 33% (possible 133% cond dur on all conditions not just scepter)
Death Magic
New Minior Adept – Faithful Marks: Mark effects (not damage) pulse 3 times post activation and activate if not triggered within 15 seconds after placement
Staff Master – Marks Recharge 20% faster and have increased radius.
New Major Adept – Malevolence: You take 33% less condition damage, but conditions on you last 25% longer.
Reapers Protection replaces Protection of the Horde
New Major Master – Reanimators Might: Summon a Jaggered horror on enemy and minion death (max 4+1 from lich rune), gain 150 armor for each minion active.
Necromantic Corrption – Minions Siphon health, transfer it to their owner and remove 1 boon every 10 attacks.
Blood Magic
Dagger Master: Dagger skills recharge 20% faster and move 25% faster while wielding a dagger
Vampiric Precision: Siphon 120 hp on crit
Vampiric: Siphon 70 hp on normal hits (not crits).
Vampiric Master: Heal nearby allies (600 range) for the amount you siphon
Quickening Thirst: Move 10% faster towards targets with lower % hp than you (both allies and enemies) and always while in DS.
Soul Reaping:
Vital Persistence: Take 10% less damage in Death Shroud
Speed of Shadows: Gain 3 seconds of swiftness upon entering Death Shroud.
Spectral Mastery: Spectral skills last longer, recharge 20% faster and Generate 5% life force on use.
Precise Doom: Increased critical Hit damage by 10% while Doom is on recharge.
New Minior Grandmaster – Soul Atrophy: Boons and non Damaging conditions applied by necromancers count as effect and cannot be removed untill their time runs out.
Near to Death: Exiting Death Shroud within 3 seconds of entering degenerates Life force to 10% and creates a effect based on main hand weapon currently equipped under the necromancer
(Marked for Death for staff, Life transfusion for Dagger, Grasping Dead for Scepter, Unholy Feast for Axe)
Foot in the Grave: Gain Shade effect (cannot be pulled, knocked back, knocked down, dazed, stunned, sunk, floated, immobilized and crippled) while in Death Shroud.
Wow O_o
The weapons and cooldown changes alone would turn me into an undefeatable beast.
Add the trait changes and you can wipe out a 20-man-zerg by yourself xD
Btw Corrupt Boon (I think epidemic too) can be cast if you’re facing away from your opponent.
Hope they really implement this and then we could negotiate with devs about trading all these buffs for fix that elites does not destroy minions, cause thats my top wish atm.

You can already do that, 10 into dm, 20 into curses and slap those marks wells from a wall up high.
And wow, they rolled the set view cast back, I remember that on one of the nerfs you couldnt have your back towards the boof filled beefy norn man throwing blue swively waves to CB him, sorry didnt check it since i last used conditions.
Also Imagine WHing 5 enemies into the satanic pits of hell, aka down ledges.
Ofc all this is a crack fantasy wishlist that will probably never happen (sad thing is except for the beta shade thing and the strength of undeath, all of the changes are either based on ele weapon damage or ele traits).

Some of these changes are OP, some of them just aren’t good, and then plenty seem like welcome changes.
Changing all minion skills to destroy them is going to hurt MMs, especially for Flesh Golem. Its going to turn us into crappy shatter mesmers, but with even less use if we miss our burst. The current mechanic of minions and their abilities right now are absolutely fine. What they need are for those abilities to gain much more reliability (rigor mortis needs to work, charge needs to not get stuck), and for minions to always respond to their AI (fix pathing or whatever is causing the glitches). Blood Fiend could use a slight improvement, I like the idea of having it heal other minions on each siphon.
Changing Near to Death will completely kill an entire line of builds for what looks like a pretty nominal gain.
There are others in there I like the idea of (vital persistence), but I’m not going to go through the entire list.
