If you are interessted to run this kind of build, I would recommend following changes:
30/20/10/0/10
Traits :same + Spectral Master
Uyility : Spectral Wall + Spectral Grasp , last utility is on your own choise
I’ve been bouncing back and forth between 30/30/10/0/0 with Spectral Attunement and 30/20/10/0/10 with Spectral Master trying to decide if losing Target the Weak is worth the boost in LF/generation.
At this point it seems like a coin toss.
