Scepter shouldn’t be zerker because it has really low damage, so might as well make it sinister. Same with whichever offhand you use with it.

Chill duration sigils make no sense for PvE. Enemies don’t try to escape.

With all that condi damage you should bring Dhuumfire.

Speed of Shadows is useless. Use Unyielding Blast for more damage.
