My thoughts on chill.
Lets face it, if that day ever come where you get a full max stack of Chilled on you in every fight you face then I think all the skills/traits that apply Chilled need to be look at.
Nobody like or want to get Chilled on them for eternity.
Exactly why I feel a stun should be an added effect. It punishes the individual for letting those stacks build up and lets chill builds have something else in their favor.
That can be a good thing to add!
What if the Reaper obtain Chill damage Baselineand the Grandmaster trait that do that become "when the enemy have 5 stack of chill become stunned by 1.5 seconds?
Chill isn’t so easy to stack and there will be a cooldown of 30-40 sec behind that effect, mking that trait really viable!
Would be a nice trait to have, though it’d be easier to implement as applying X stacks of chill in Y seconds. Not sure I’d push too hard to have it though.
Has my support, sadly “daredevil” thieves wont be worried about it.

Yeah, so much for preventing others from running away as a necromancer when you’re handing out condi removal and dashes like candy, especially to the class most overloaded with teleports/evades.
