Guild Wars 2

I had some necro come after me while in the water. I got out of the water and stood behind a brick wall. While the necro remained in the water, with the LoS broken by both the lip of the land, and the brick wall, the necro continued to attack/apply bleeds to me. Anyone know the name of this attack?

The autoattack on trident doesn’t require LOS
