Guild Wars 2

So since Ive come back to the game getting ready for the reaper, Im finding this
‘other’ build just as damaging but much, much more survivable that the

6/6/0/0/2 meta.

it is a 3/5/0/6/0 build

I hit hard, kill fast, and at least provide utility to a party with AOE heals with wells, AOE heals in DS with skill 4, and stability and blindness from wells too.

I was chuckling at the guild leader when he told me run 6/6/0/0/2 or else you cant party with the guild’s dugeon runs.

It was especially funny because in TS he stated he doesnt know how to play a necro, and they never take necros in groups.

My experience has been that this vamp well build does atleast as good as the meta, while prviding decent group support.

Any opinions on this?

I don’t recall anything like that. Maybe for group roaming on WvW, sometimes.

I’m sure the damage is quite less though if you’re not even running close to death or even 6 in spite. We have crappy support.

My thought :

You lose a lot of damage modifier for siphon that don’t do critical damage and so ain’t affected by ferocity. You also lose some base power and ferocity.

Wells are fine but must be used cautiously depending on your party. For example, they will quickly become an hindrance if your party rely on fire/blast for might generation.

Why spiteful removal? I don’t get it.
