Hello , my friend and i just started playing the game and he plays necro , could someone post me a good build for him for necro which uses staff for sPVP ? Thanks in advance.

Almost all builds can use staff. Generally staff is a good weapon not damage wise but utility wise.

Standard would be however a condi build. Something like 4/6/0/0/4 with staff+scepter/dagger rabid amulet nightmare runes and as sigils earth and energy on both weapon sets. But as i said there a many other builds that utilize staff.

Instead of 4 in spite you could also put 4 in deathmagic and take the staff traits. Or something like this:
