Ok what kind of build would be the closest to a high dps necro?

dont make posts on these forums seeking help. 80% of the Necros here are just bad players and think the class sucks (I know, I wont make many forum friends…). Level… dont craft… you Necro to 80 trying various builds and playstyles. Spend at least 2-3 weeks in WvW trying different builds and playstyles. It doesnt take much more than that to find your answers.

wow that was a big answer for a simple question. i played a few different builds but after 70 i zeroed in on, what i consider, a dps build. ill post up what im using but the biggest thing is popping blood is power as often as possible, keeping your life force near max, and switching in and out of death shroud to keep up fury. its not to uncommon for me to out damage my team, especially with other people applying conditions. also, im using a 6 piece melandru rune set and accuracy sigils on off hands. you can change up melandru but it really adds a little tankiness to this dps build. fyi, this works everywhere but you really gotta have that 50% reduction on death shroud

yeah i think your boy out damages me by just a little bit. my crits hit between 3.1-3.8k on average depending on conditions. one thing that stood out is his life total. im not as glass cannon as i though, which i am a survivor but ive got 25k health.
